Public adjuster fees in Texas are capped at 10% of the insurance settlement under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 4102. Public adjuster fees in Florida are capped at 10% on claims tied to a Governor-declared state of emergency (for one year after the declaration) and 20% on non-emergency claims under Florida Statute §626.854.
